Sales & After Sales

We have 7 regionally based sales personnel, each of whom have an office-based sales support co-ordinator and who are able to deal with queries as and when they arise. These personnel are fully trained and can discuss any of our products and services to provide solutions for our customers.

While our sales team should be able to deal with most queries or problems that arise, occassionally there may be issues of a more complex or technical nature. Our office-based technical team including the designer, draughtsman and operations manager will solve any of these issues even if it means a visit to the site.

Sperrin Metal does not expect there to be any issues with the product once it has been fully installed. It offers a lifetime guarantee on its products (excluding damage) but should there be a need for repairs or replacement parts, the sales office executive can have these ordered and delivered usually within a few days.

Furthermore our offices are manned 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
