Mr Jackie Smyth – Ireland Sales Manager    

Jackie joined Sperrin Metal in 1987 as Northern Ireland's Sales Executive and quickly progressed through the company ranks to the position of Area Sales Manager. With over 25 years experience in the storage industry, Jackie has developed racking solutions for some of the most prestigious blue chip companies in Ireland and is widely recognised as having a product knowledge second to none.  Jackie has overseen some of Sperrin’s largest racking installations.  He is an expert in the field of racking, shelving and mezzanine storage systems. 

Mr Seamus Coyle - Ireland Sales Manager

A graduate from the University of Teeside and previously employed in the Garment Manufacturing industry, Seamus joined Sperrin in 1994 in the role of Office Sales Executive playing a key role in the Republic of Ireland's marketing and sales structure. Seamus’ technical understanding of racking and shelving systems resulted in him excelling within this position.  In 1999 he was promoted to the role of Area Sales Manager for the Ireland market and has responsibility for this area's sales team. Since this, Sperrin's sales of racking, shelving and mezzanines have flourished in many non-industrial towns throughout the West and North West of Ireland. Field of Expertise: Racking, Shelving, Mezzanines, Lockers and Cubicles.

Padraig Groogan - Ireland Sales Manager

Padraig joined the Sperrin sales team in January 2006 when, due to demand, the position arose for a dedicated Sales Manager in the Dublin area.  Padraig has the responsibility of focusing solely on servicing, specifically the storage needs of the Dublin market. His engineering background and draftsman skills have assisted his unique ability of visualising storage space design. Field of Expertise: Racking, Shelving, Mezzanines, Lockers and Cubicles

Tom Sourke – Ireland Sales Manager

Tom joined Sperrin in January 2008 having previously worked as an Electronic / Mechanical Engineer, with over 20 years experience in the material handling and storage business.  He has spear headed some major turn key projects, and brings an advisory element to our customers on storage or material handling equipment on any given projects.  He also has proven draftsman skills and has obtained acertification in Part 1 CAD Drawings.  Tom has developed excellent product knowledge and has been involved in numerous racking projects exceeding €200,000.  Tom has become a valued member of the Sperrin Sales team.

Gary Longmore - Sales Manager (UK Mainland)

Gary joined Sperrin in February 2010 having previously worked in the Steel & Coatings industry. He trained originally as a Mechanical Engineer, having travelled the world designing, installing and commissioning conveyor and finishing plants. He is based in England to spear head the distribution network for our range of products, and brings an advisory element for our customers on storage or material handling equipment on any given projects. Gary has developed excellent product knowledge and has been involved in numerous racking projects. Gary has become a valued member of the Sperrin Sales team.

Paul Redford - UK Area Sales Manager (Office Based)

Paul joined Sperrin in September 2010, following a managerial career in banking.  A trained welder Paul’s engineering experience has assisted his fast learning of our racking, shelving, mezzanine and locker systems and he has quickly become a valued member of the Sperrin sales team.
