Bespoke Drive-in Racking Solution for Top UK Cheese Manufacturer

Sperrin where approached by our distributor South West Storage to develop a drive-in system that would eliminate the need for their customer, a leading UK cheese manufacturer, to change their fork truck or require modifications to the truck's design. 

Our design team analysed the options available and decided upon a slimmer angle which would allow safe fork truck access and safe loading.  The 10mm deep angle was installed at the first beam level allowing a 25mm safety factor.   This bespoke design proved successful and the customer has currently placed another larger order for the exact same system.
