Racking Solution for Sofa Storage

The multiple storage uses of a racking system can never be underestimated as our customer, a leading furniture retailer discovered.  Sperrin Metal designed a racking system for the storage of sofas, beds and mattresses.  No pallets were in use.

Sofas could be safely placed one of top of the other and mattresses and divan beds were stacked on their side resting on heavy duty chipboard placed on the racking system.   

This new system totally transformed the effectiveness of the warehouse by enabling multi-tier storage, creating an effective stock control system and eliminating possibility of damage to the product during storage.
