Sperrin Metal was delighted to be able to attain the storage requirements of the new “Museums of Orange Heritage.” By manufacturing and delivering our boltless and longspan shelving solutions, 49 bays in total, we provided an efficient and cost effective product with a quick delivery time. This was an extremely momentous project to be involved with being “one of the most significant and exciting initiatives ever undertaken by the Institution.
The 3.8million Project opening was attended by Former Irish President Mary McAleese and hailed for promoting understanding between the differing traditions. The aim of the museum was to be able to “preserve and present the historical collection pieces from the orange order, as well as to promote respect.” Sperrin are delighted to have been able to be involved in some small way, with the immensely cultural showcase.
